Using our services means you agree to all terms listed here. By accessing or using VampireHosting's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

We provide game hosting, web hosting, VPS, VDS & dedicated servers, domain registration, and related services. Our services may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your credentials confidential and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Allowed Use

• No illegal activity, abuse, malware, piracy, or resource misuse is permitted.
• No hosting of content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• No cryptocurrency mining without explicit written permission.
• No spam, phishing, or network attacks of any kind.
• Violation of these rules will result in immediate suspension or termination with no refund.

Payments

All services are prepaid. Payment must be made via UPI before service activation. Late or failed payment may result in service suspension. All payments must be submitted with a valid UPI Transaction ID for verification.

Refund Policy

• A 24-hour refund window is available if no misuse has occurred.
• No refund is available after 24 hours.
• No refund for VPS, VDS, or Dedicated server plans — no exceptions.
• Refund requests must be submitted through the dashboard within the eligible window.

Uptime

We strive for the best uptime possible for all services, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or upstream provider issues may cause temporary unavailability.

Data

• We protect your data but do not guarantee automated backups unless explicitly included in your plan.
• You are strongly advised to keep your own backups at all times.
• VampireHosting is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.

Liability

VampireHosting is not responsible for any losses, downtime, data loss, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
